Ok, so I came across this quick little interview with Melina, they asked her about the possibility of a romance between her & Mac. Check it out:

I think she kinda dodged the question a little bit. Then just as it seemed like she was gonna say something interesting, he had to bring up D/L (grrr) And turn the thought of a Mac/Stella relationship into a bad thing. I don't know who this guy is, but I don't like him. LOL.
She Definately didn't shoot the idea down though, like she has in previous interviews. She gave us a little ray of hope, even if we do have to wait till the end of the series.
*crosses fingers*
And I think she's right about what she said about how they need eachother, whether its romantic or not. It's true, I don't think their relationship would really change that much, they're already so close. We'd just get more SMacked moments to obsess over. lol.
